3hr Bedtime Package

Service Description

This 3 hour in-home bedtime package is a fantastic hands-on approach to achieving the best settling results. The selected sleep consultant will come to your home and meet with your wonderful family in the early evening. We will assess your little one’s current sleep environment, go through their sleep issues and together we will talk through the sleep plan and settling method. Your sleep coach will be with you to demonstrate and support you with the bedtime settling. There will be plenty of time for any questions you might have or to run through their feed and sleep routine, your little one’s nutrition and any developmental milestones they might be going through. Following the in-home support you will have 2 weeks of support via phone and email and daily feedback on your 24 hour feed and sleep logs. A home visit will leave you feeling confident moving forward with hands on guidance around your customised sleep plan. You will feel well supported throughout the 2 weeks following the home visit with the regular contact. Includes: - 3 hours evening in-home consultation (5pm-8pm or 6-9pm) - 2 weeks WhatsApp support following the bedtime visit (Monday-Friday, hours advised) - 2 x 30 minute phone consultations to use within 3 months of the bedtime package - Tailored sleep plan for your little one - Support through the bedtime routine - Guidance and support implementing the settling method - Routine eBook for your baby/child’s age + age group above - Informational PDF’s including: settling methods, sleep and settling and contingency plans. **Available for families located within 30km of Christchurch, Auckland, Wellington & Cairns. Please submit an enquiry via email if you live further away to discuss travel costs. This package is suitable for little one's aged 16 weeks (corrected) up to 5 years of age. Families with multiples (twins, triplets) invest an addition $200 for support. Please email us for the Multiples Package link. Note: Once you book in via the website we will have a 15 minute phone call at the time you've booked in for. During this call we will make a plan for when the in home support will be. NOTE: The time you book in for is NOT your package start date. Please contact your consultant to determine when this will be PRIOR to booking (1:1 support is usually booked out 3-4 weeks in advance) Additional hours of in-home support are charged at $150 per hour (+ GST) by request.
